In every country in the world, there is a place where the government will collects lots of old collections and old antiques with a very valuable values and memorable items. Hence, the building also was built in many years ago with lots of historical background and its call National Museum. There is a National Malaysia Museum[1] (Malay: Muzium Negara) where located in Jalan Damansara in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

The National Museum was completed built in 1962 and the construction began in 1959. Yet, it was officially opened on 31 August 1963 by the 3rd Yang di-Pertuan Agong,Tuanku Syed Putra Ibni al-Marhum Syed Hassan Jamalullal and it serves as a repository of Malaysia’s rich cultural and historical building. In the year of 1906, the National Museum was established on the site of the former Selangor Museum which was built by the British and Selangor government where following the formation of Federated Malay States in 1910.
The National Museum is a three-storey building where it can houses four main gallery chosen to ethnology and natural history. The building was inspired of both traditional malay style architecture and modern line. Therefore, the façade is decorated by two colossal murals created from Italian glass mosaic and also one side representing Malaysia’s important historical events and Malaysia’s crafts. Besides that, the floor in the Central Hall was placed with blue geometric design mosaic tiles, with complex carved panels on the ceiling of the hall.
The National Museum have four display galleries which are Gallery A, B, C and D. Gallery A are exhibit with local culture artifacts, while Gallery B displays historical artifacts, archaeological findings, traditional handicrafts, the numismatic collection, as well as Malay and Orang Asli weapons. Besides that, the natural history collection such as mammals, reptiles, insects, birds and geology were located on the second floor, Gallery C and lastly Gallery D will display the exhibits relating to the country’s economic activities such as commercial farming, the tin mining industry, fishery and public transport.
